Standard Shipping Days in
Transit (United States Only):
Transit time vary by location. Map
below indicates the estimated days in transit, actual time may vary;
Order Processing:
We have 98% fulfillment capacity. In stock
items are shipped within 1 business day. If there is a change, you will be
notified via email. Fax and phone orders may take additional 2-3 days for
processing. All orders subject to stock availability. Usually entire order is
shipped together, however, in some cases your order may be shipped from
different locations and may arrive in separate packages.
Same Day Shipping:
Orders received and confirmed before 12:00 PM
Eastern Time, can be shipped on same business day. Our office is closed on
Saturday, Sunday and Federal Holidays. Orders received during the holidays will
be shipped on following business day.

Every order goes through a series of status
changes. This table illustrates the shipping process and status information as

Back Ordered Items:
Usually, orders are shipped in full. In case,
where an item is out of stock or back ordered you will be notified immediately.
Or we may also substitute your ordered item with a similar item. You will be
billed only for the items that were shipped to you.
Shipping Locations:
Most orders are shipped & processed from our
shipping facility at; 199 Laidlaw Ave. Jersey City, New Jersey United States. We
also use drop ship service from our vendors located in MA, NY, PA and NJ. All
orders shipped on first come first serve basis. Subject to stock availability.
Damaged/Short
Shipments:
If shipment arrives damaged or contents
missing, file complaint with carrier immediately and notify us. Short/missing
shipments must be reported within 2 business days.
