- All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and a reason for the return.
- Unused items may be returned within 14 days from date of receipt.
- Returns exceeding 14 days period will not be processed for refunds.
- Sterile items cannot be returned if the seal is broken or damaged.
- Returned package must be insured & freight prepaid by the customer.
- For prompt processing of your returns, please include a copy of original invoice/packing slip with the package.
- Returns subject to inspection. A 25% restocking fee may apply.
- Shippings & handling is non-refundable.
