At SURGICAL123.COM we are committed to customer service excellence. That is the reason each instrument is carefully evaluated to ensure proper functionality. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or not as you ordered. Please contact us for resolution. You may return your items within 14 days of receipt.
Returns subject to terms & conditions:
- Obtain RA (Return Authorization) from our returns department.
- For prompt processing please attach the original invoice/packing slip or RA with your return.
- Returns without RA will not be accepted/processed.
- Product must be in original packaging, new and resalable condition. Used items will not be processed for returns.
- Returns subject to 20% restocking fee.
- Refunds will be issued for merchandise value only. Shipping is non-refundable.
- Please allow 5-7 days for return processing.
- Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from the date of receipt.
